ORVEXTERMS OF USE

ORVEX STUDIO · SITE & WORKSPACE

Terms of Use

Last updated: September 24, 2026

These terms cover your use of the ORVEX Studio website and project workspace. A project proposal or separate written agreement may set additional terms for a particular engagement.

1. Using the site

You may use this site to learn about ORVEX, submit a genuine project inquiry, and access features made available to you. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access another person’s account or project, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.

2. Workspace accounts

Workspace access is for invited clients and team members. Keep your sign-in details private, use only accounts assigned to you, and tell ORVEX promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. Workspace features and information depend on the role and project access assigned to your account.

ORVEX may suspend or remove access when an account is no longer authorized, appears compromised, or is being used in a way that risks the workspace or another person’s information.

3. Project proposals, work, and payment

A project begins under the scope, deliverables, schedule, price, and payment terms set out in the proposal or other written agreement accepted for that project. If those project-specific terms conflict with these general site terms, the accepted project terms govern that engagement.

Payments are handled through the payment option shown in the workspace, currently PayPal where enabled. Payment requests, currency, due dates, and any applicable taxes or fees are as stated in the relevant proposal or payment request. A payment confirmation or receipt is not a tax invoice unless it expressly says that it is.

Rights to final deliverables, source files, and any third-party materials are governed by the accepted project proposal or separate written agreement. No transfer of rights is implied beyond what those project terms state.

4. Your content and project files

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to provide product information, logos, images, models, fonts, footage, and other materials for a project. You allow ORVEX to use those materials as reasonably necessary to prepare the proposal and perform the agreed work.

Do not upload content that you are not authorized to share or that violates another person’s rights. Project files are intended to be shared only with people authorized for that project; do not forward private workspace links or files to others without permission.

5. Availability and third-party services

We work to keep the website and workspace available, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our control. Sign-in, file storage, and payments may rely on third-party services and may be subject to those providers’ terms and availability.

6. Responsibility

The website is provided for general information and project coordination. To the extent allowed by applicable law, ORVEX is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the general website or a temporary workspace interruption. This does not limit responsibilities or remedies that cannot legally be limited, or terms expressly agreed in a project-specific contract.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the site and workspace evolve. The “Last updated” date above shows when the current version was published. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms for future use. For questions about these terms, contact contact@orvexcg.site.
